About the Author

Donna Erickson is host of "Donna's Day with Donna Erickson," a new television show on public broadcasting. She is also a contributing editor to Parents magazine, and her syndicated column "Prime Time Together with Kids" appears in major newspapers nationwide. Donna has made frequent appearances on "Oprah," "Today," "CBS This Morning," "Our Home," and CNN, and has a daily children's program on nationally broadcast Radio Aahs. She and her husband, Dean, live in Minneapolis with their children Bjorn, Britt, and Anders.
