Harold G. Koenig, M.D., is Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Internal Medicine, and Director of Psychiatric Services at Duke University Geriatric Evaluation.
About the Author
Andrew J. Weaver, Ph.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist, licensed marriage, family, and child therapist, and ordained minister of the United Methodist Church. He is Clinical Psychologist at the Hawaii State Hospital and an affiliate faculty member in the Department of Psychology at the University of Hawaii.
