Meditations on the Death and Resurrection of Jesus

Stations for Teens is an invitation to reflect on the death and the Resurrection of Jesus and to prayerfully examine the meaning of those events for life in the twenty-first century. Meditations on the fourteen stations of the cross offer a connection with the traditional devotion of the Catholic church to the memory and meaning of Christ's Passion. In addition, twelve Scripture stories are introduced as stations of the Resurrection, meditations on Jesus' Resurrection appearances to his disciples as recorded in the Scriptures. Together they shed light on the struggle to believe that sin and death have been conquered, that Jesus has been raised, and that the Holy Spirit is with us today.
Stations for Teens can be used by individuals for private prayer or with other people in a faith community. Thirty black-and-white artworks by students vividly illustrate the stations.
