Answer: There are several steps involved in order to make sure that your order is entered correctly. 1. The “add to cart” button adds your selection to your Shopping Cart and shows you your shopping cart. At this point you have the option of continuing shopping or processing order. Important: at this point use the “continue shopping” button not the “back” button on your browser, if you want to continue shopping.
2. When you process your order by hitting the “process order” button you are taken to the Billing & Shipping page. Here please enter all pertinent information. Make sure you fill out the required fields marked with a “*”. Select a processing type on the bottom of the page. When you are done hit the “continue” button. If you have missed a field, you will get a “sorry” message. If you get this message use the “back” button on the screen, not the back button on your browser.
3. After the billing and shipping page you get to the Your Shopping Cart page. Please check over your order and enter your credit card information. To continue, hit the continue button. To remove an item from your cart, take the check mark out of the box. You can also change quantities, but please “recalculate” after either of these operations. Enter your credit card information and hit “continue”.
4. On the Order Confirmation page please check over all your order information and make any changes using the “change” button. If every is correct your last step is the “finish” button. Your order is now placed and you are given a “printable” copy of your order. Please print this copy for your records.
